Spa etiquette

We want everybody to enjoy their time with us. To make the most of your visit to HeavenV and to avoid disappointment, we ask that you do the following:

• Switch off your mobile phone - and tune into the tranquil surroundings.
  
  
• Don’t miss your appointment. If you can’t make it, you need to give us 24 hours notice. By doing so, you’ll avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
  
  
• Cut the traffic – not your treatment time! Due to our popular service, we have to reduce your treatment time if you arrive late.
  
  
• Arrive at least 10 minutes early. This way, you’ll be chilled out and ready for your treatment.
  
  
• Not sure which facial or body treatment is best suited to you? Simply talk to one of our qualified therapists for advice, so you can get the best from your treatment.
